Overview
This article explains any potential fees associated with making Earned Wage Access (EWA) draws or receiving Tip Pay Out (TPO) transactions as part of Fuego's On-Demand Pay1 solution.
All fees associated with any On-Demand transactions in Fuego will be clearly displayed before the decision is made to perform a wage draw or set up a default payment account for tip payout. This guide is to help you make an informed decision on which On-Demand pay service you would like to subscribe to.
Please note: to benefit from On-Demand pay you must be linked to a participating employer.
Earned Wage Access
Our EWA service allows you to decide when you want to draw your earned wages ahead of payday.
The fees associated are dependent on where funds are drawn to and what transfer method is chosen.

*When a Direct Deposit to your Fuego Card is set up. You can activate this from the Employers area within the Fuego app.
The fees, where applied, are inclusive of a draw fee of $1 which is waivered for:
- Multiple draws on the same day (you only pay for the first draw on that day)
- More than 3 draws over separate days in a weekly pay period (you stop paying the draw fee from the 4th draw onwards over a week)
- More than 5 draws over separate days in a bi-weekly pay period (you stop paying the draw fee from the 6th draw onwards over a two week period)
A draw fee is not applied when funds are drawn to a Fuego card when direct deposit is active.
Tip Pay Out (TPO)
Our TPO service allows you to decide which default payment account you would like your tips to be sent to. Transactions are processed whenever your tips are made available to us, payments are automatically sent out, and fees apply to each transaction. There may be variances in which payment account options are available depending on your Employer configuration and subsequently what fees apply. If fees are applicable they will be charged as per the table below:

If you would like to switch between EWA and TPO you can do so from within the Fuego app in the Employers area via the Menu bar.
Please note: You can request to switch services at any time but it will only come into effect at the start of a new pay period.
