A Fuego account is required to use the application and also if you intend to apply for a Fuego Visa® Card.
After downloading the Fuego app and opening it for the first time you will see the below screen:
- Select Create an Account
- Confirm your language preference (this can be changed in-app at any time)
You will then be prompted to enter the name of your employer.
- Search for your employer by name
or - Select I have an invitation code (if you have one)
If you work for multiple employers who participate in Fuego's program you can link these additional employers at a later stage.
- Alternatively, if you are only interested in using Fuego for the Fuego Card you can click on 'Learn About a Fuego Visa® Card' at the bottom of the screen. However, if you have heard about the Fuego srevice through your employer we encourage you to Link Employer first as it'll make for a smoother onboarding experience
Whether you go down the Fuego Card route or link your employer, after some initial screens, you will be asked to review and sign Fuego User Agreements within the app.
- Select ESIGN Agreement (the blue hyperlink) and read through the document and Agree (doing this will check its box)
- Read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy documents and check the box next to this section
Once all user agreements have been confirmed select Continue (which will have become enabled)
You can access these user agreements at any time within the Fuego app under the 'Statements & Documents' section from the menu bar.
You will then be asked to provide key details to set up your Fuego app account.
- Enter your Legal First and Last Name
- If you have a different name you would prefer for communication purposes, check the I go by a different first name box
For account verification purposes it is important that the first and last names used are your legal ones.
- Then select Continue
- Then enter your Email address
We will send you a verification email to confirm your account - please allow a minute or two to receive and check your junk/spam mailbox if you have not received the email.
- Enter the 4-digit code from the email as shown below
- Then enter your Mobile Number and enter the 4-digit code that you receive via SMS to confirm your account
- Next, enter your legal address
We will carry out a USPS check on your address to make sure we find you. If necessary, you can choose from which address listing to use.
- Lastly, we'll ask you to create a Username and Password for Fuego following standard password credential recommendations
- Then you will be able to log in to your Fuego account
